All stalls must ensure all items for sales are on racks, table or other shelving. Piles are not permitted on the ground. We recommend all items be hung and displays kept neat and tidy, as though it was a retail store. We’re looking for clever presentation and unique set ups. Your stall should stand out!

Important elements include flooring suchs as rugs and mat, shelving and racks and signage.

Stall Set Up

Standard stall spaces are 3m x 3m. Any marquees that exceed this size will need to be prior approved and will incur additional charges. Marquees must be black or white. All stall equipment, including signs and tables must be within the allocated stall space. Please ensure you bring your 4 weights.

Items for Sale

Only items included in your application are permitted for sale. No racks of preloved clothing etc without prior approval.

Standout Stall Competition

Each market, a Sunday’s Standout Competition is held. Entries are judged by TVM fans on Facebook, with the winning stall receiving the most likes on their stall photo when voting closes. Use all your creativity and retail merchandising skills to ensure your stall is the best looking. The winner gets the very next TVM free of charge!

Winning is limited to three times per financial year. Free stall valid for the next TVM at the same location only and is non-transferable.

Market day is super busy and it’s best to come prepared. This checklist is to help you have the best market day possible.

CHECKLIST

Book and pay for your stall on time. This will ensure you’re included in all advertising leading up to the event.

Read all set up instructions available via the portal prior to each event. You’ll also find your stall number and arrival time here the Friday before market day.

Set up your stall within your designated stall space (not outside this perimeter). If you’re using an awning (please prebook this stall type) make sure your marquee is extended to full height and that there are no items hanging from your awning. Items mat be placed beneath the awning only.

Secure your marquee with your four weights (this is essential).
