IMPORTANT : Access to Lower Gold Coast Hwy is now only via West Burleigh Rd or southbound via Diana Ave.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARRIVE AT THE CORRECT ALLOCATED TIME ON SUNDAY, THANK YOU!

SETUP STARTS: Please refer to your allocated time.

SETUP CONCLUDES: 8:00AM

MARKETS START: 8:30AM

MARKETS CONCLUDE: 1:00PM

GROUNDS TO BE VACATED BY: 2:00PM

GATES LOCKED: 2:00PM

  1. Please arrive promptly with one car, gates will be opened at 6:30AM.
    Due to limited on site parking, any additional cars must be parked off site.
  2. Please enter the school grounds in your vehicle, via Lower Gold Coast Highway, queuing off the road at all times.
  3. Please follow the marked road until you arrive at your designated area.
  4. You will be greeted by a TVM member, who will check you in.
  5. Please unload all of your equipment into your designated area (10 minutes) then promptly move your vehicle to the designated stall holder parking area.
  6. Please only setup your stall when you have moved your car into the parking area.
  7. No driving on the oval. Please keep to the road.
  8. Please refrain from slamming doors, beeping, loud music or talking loudly while moving cars to be mindful of neighbours. Please do not drive outside marked area, be mindful of the grass on the oval.
  9. Continue to setup your area, ready to trade at 8:30am.

EMERGENCY ASSEMBLY POINT: In case of emergency, please proceed calmly to the centre of the school oval.

PACK DOWN INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. At 1PM (no sooner) pack down your space, then retrieve your vehicle from the parking area.
  2. Please take all of your own rubbish with you (this includes zip ties and any waste).
  3. Please be mindful of pedestrians and shoppers still walking about. Please drive slowly at 10km/hr.
  4. Gates will be locked at 2:00PM.
