This couple’s cool hair and on the money threads caught our attention as they strolled the May TVM hand in hand. Fran wore One Teaspoon shorts and Dino boots and her new TVM purchases included a pair of leather shorts and a necklace. Ryan wore Cheap Monday jeans and a St Lennie tee.
